Truthfully, it is difficult for a person in your situation. Yes, the dating sites do try to avoid anyone with a criminal history to become a member on their site. They do so for two reasons: 1) To protect their clients from predators, and 2) To protect themselves from any legal repercussions if one of their clients should get injured or killed by another member who has a criminal history. Once your probation is completed, then you may want to try a dating site. Just make sure that you communicate to the persons that you meet online with the truth. Secrets have a nasty way of surfacing in the worst of ways, and can be misinterpreted by the other person. You may even meet a good woman there… Plus, it gives you more time to reflect and deal with the emotional changes that you are going through. Some of the most positive people that you will meet, truly great Christians & Muslims, are reformed gang members!
